What are the characteristics of the electric actuator and hydraulic cylinder of the fog cannon machine respectively?

1. The motor is not energized, check whether the incoming wiring and voltage are normal;

2. The load is too large, more than the rated thrust, check whether there are other loads on the fan;

3. Transformer is damaged;

4. The actuator has reached the maximum stroke;

5. Water or foreign matter inside the push rod.

The hydraulic cylinder of the fog cannon machine with hydraulic lock hydraulic station and bipolar cylinder composition, the use of two-stage sleeve structure, small length, long stroke, with a simple structure, good shock absorption, smooth and reliable operation, not easy to damage, easy maintenance, durable features.

Lifting push rod does not move (cylinder):

1. Check the reversing valve and confirm the cylinder pressure;

2. Check the oil pump station hydraulic oil oil volume;

3. Check whether the motor of the oil pump station operates normally and whether the solenoid valve works normally;

4. Check whether the fan additional loads, support shaft bearings are damaged;

5. Fog cannon machine cylinder internal or hydraulic oil there are foreign objects blocking the pipeline.
